I'm using my steam inhaler to help shift the end of this cold I've had. I like how it makes my chest feel all clean and nice.

I'm sort of wondering whether or not to worry about an unidentified colleague who steals things from my tray. I left a strip of Tranexamic Acid tablets in my tray, from which I have taken 3 tablets. Today I noticed there are now 5 gone from the pack. I can only assume whoever took them assumed they were painkillers (since they aren't anything you can get high on, they just help your blood clot) and just helped themselves, but if they have taken 2 of them, I worry about the side effects they might get from that.... But part of me thinks it serves them right for A) stealing from colleagues, and B) Taking medication without checking what it is.

That's kind of freaky... I mean, you shouldn't steal people's stuff, but the guy probably doesn't deserve a stroke because of it. I assume a medication which causes clots could also cause stroke. Do you know who did it? It might be a good idea to talk to that person and warn them!
