Feeling rather ill

Just read over the detrimental effects of soy products that are endemic in our food stuffs from bread to pasta to ready made meals and the basic disruption to your thyroid, pancreas, liver and colon......

As of today this house hold is SOY FREE! I'm going out tomorrow to get the where with all to bake my own bread at least!
