What's everyone up to right now?

No one has ever come to my door in over 30 years here. So we went out to dinner and a movie. We saw "Pride" a stunningly good movie.

This was to celebrate our much delayed 30 something anniversary. Shared an entree, salad and fancy pants onion rings in aioli.

Then we came home and had a Trader Joe's butterscotch cupcake for dessert over a game of cards.

Had a day in the garden after breakfast out and a walk. Watching the Golden State Warrior's home opener on the tele against the lakers. Feelin' good.

Laundry. Finally got a washer/dryer in my new place, so I'm washing everything that was packed away in the move, along with everything else. 5 loads and counting.

I am well tonight. Have a night off and am munching into a bigass bowl of left over Halloween candy. Horrible task, but some one must do it. : ) I had quite a few trick or treaters at my door last night. I thoroughly enjoyed myself with them all. They were cute, well behaved and made my night. On laundry? ew.
I average two loads a week: one for work uniforms and one for everyday attire. I despise smelling dirty laundry in my room, yet am profoundly lazy about getting it done. I'd pay for laundry services but there isn't a drop off in my area. None that I've found , anyway. As you were.
