What's everyone up to right now?

I'm frozen right now. Not cold, but just mentally frozen. I still need to xmas shop, plus groceries and a haircut/beard trim. Just a question of where to start.

ewww... that is overwhelming. I stay away from the malls. I have been known on many occasions to be in your spot, and also have to pick up wrapping supplies. Where I live we have a chain of stores that are "One Stop Shopping". You could do all of the above at the same place, hair salon, clothes, toys, electronics, jewelry, bath supplies... you name it, pretty much. Also full grocery with deli, meat, seafood departments. Everything. Hope there is something near you like that.

Just came home from my brothers having some christmas celebration and dinner.

The last brunch guests have left and I've cleaned up after. I've eaten too much cheese. In a few minutes we'll play Dominion. In a couple hours I'll start getting Smorgasbord on the table.

Definitely feeling better! Whew! I have the Oyster Stew going for Dreaming and I, some dark rum and egg nog to assist with the clean up. Fixin' to be a nice night.

Doing much better now. Haircut place was closed. Oh well. But I got the last minute gifts. Now we just need to get through xmas with the family. They're not religious, thank gosh, but we're just temperamentally different. That's OK. Breakfast and a movie with them. And prezzies, of course.

There's something that fascinates me about Dec 26 through Jan 1. Not sure why. I guess it just feels like decompression. I get holidayed out pretty freaking easily. New Year's is fun, though. I don't party, mind you. I guess I just like the newness of it.

The Auto Show opens on NYD, so there's that.
