I had a story concept revolving around faith and I wanted some opinions on it. There is this old man, diagnosed with late stage prostate cancer, and he was a career linguist. He has been widowed for many years and has most of time and money for 20 years collecting rare and ancient texts. he met an egyptian man that was very very wealthy, and had found a entire cache of texts left in excellent condition from the library of alexandra, and instead of annoucing it, he sold them privately. Now this linguist's wife was a archeologist that was killed when muslims attracked her dig site many years ago. and he has from the egyptian two texts. One is written in the hand of the author of luke addressed to a man named theolopolis, explaining in great detail how the account of jesus and the apostles was faked, and the other from a close follower of Mohamed explaining him and his goals in accurate detail.
