Drich, bestow upon me: comas, paralysis, shock, multiple organ failure, hemorrhaging, aneurisms, pulmonary edema, pneumonia, stroke, heart attack, immune suppression, hyper sensitivity, inflammation, necrosis, tumors, sepsis, silicosis, cancer, blindness, deafness, and agnosia.

you don't just "catch" aids like a cold. So what he is praying that god spins events (ones he supposedly gives us freewill over) to steer these people towards and aids infection.
I want to use this shit in a stand up comedy routine. It truly made me smile.
