And Hells come back to haunt me

Not really. Despite the name, we invite all to join in discussion.

Is it ironic that we have two theists and two deists on staff? I think not.

but as you may know, Christ spend an eternity in hell for each person so they could avoid it. probably would help to comprehend this if thought of as transacted on an timeline for each individual. God evidently has access to a time plane (or something equivalent) which consist of an infinite number of timelines each of which can be expanded or contracted to control the time rate. to believe or not believe that this happened, determines one's eternal destiny.

As a christian, are you aware of these verses?

Matthew 9:12-14
New International Version (NIV)

12 On hearing this, Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 13 But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’[a] For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Mark 12:32-33
New International Version (NIV)

32 “Well said, teacher,” the man replied. “You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. 33 To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.”

Yeah? And where in the bible does it say this?

Actually, snowy, I for one don't know that. And I can say with reasonable certainty that neither do you.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Oh look...yet another muddled understanding to further dilute an already watery religion. I'm surpised the whole puddle hasn't evaporated by now.

I did, and nowhere did anyone tell you how to interpret the bible. Someone gave their interpretation, and you saw fit to mock them for it without offering why they were wrong, which goes against your claim that you only mock people when they try to tell you how to interpret the bible. Not that that actually justifies ridiculing someone for being wrong without justifying why.

Not only does that not answer either of my questions, how people feel has no bearing on how things are. You're just trying to defend your beliefs based on how you desire things to be, but your desires do not shape reality.

seems that most have the sense that having consciousness is how it should be. when it comes to things of the mind, a criteria is used that's outside the sci laboratory; i.e., sense of right and wrong, common sense.

You have concluded that without god the universe has no meaning, therefore god must exist. But what do you have to show that the universe must have meaning? Nothing more than your desire for it to be so.
