What purpose does any of this serve anyway? You wouldn't be trolling me, would you?

Good. So, was there a point, or shall we move on?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

atheistic naturalism is a pessimistic scenario that conveys that a person will die, will die soon, will die alone, and will remain dead forever. people that believe that haven't spiritual discernment.

Fixed it for you. Wink

It is a fact that everyone will die.
They may die soon, but they will die one day.
Everyone does not die alone.
There is no evidence that our consciousness persists after death, and thus once we are gone we are indeed gone forever.

When one cannot embrace reality, I suppose he must resort to an ad hominem. Sad.

Snow tracks,

You do know that you are a multicellular organism don't you? Your cells die every minute. The Snowtracks of seven years ago is completely dead. Is that previous snowtracks now in heaven or hell? Does god judge the skin cells that die off while typing and send them to heaven as they go?

So how does them dying in greater numbers change anything?

Does the dying cell pass on it's little bit of soul to the younger cells before it passes on?

Translation:
It is too hard to comprehend; therefore, god.

That is the problem with theists.

Despite knowing that my 5 year old would have been able to understand those questions, let me try to dumb that down even further.

Your body is made of millions of living things called cells. Your body is only made of these millions of cells and their byproducts. These cells do not live the entire lifespan of the person. The death of a person is simply the "great slump of dying cells."

So what I am asking is: How does the "magical soul" that is withing your christian belief, get passed on from cell to cell? How does the last cell know that it has to keep it's tiny bit of the soul for judgment, instead of passing it on as happened during the previous cell generations?
