Abiogenesis is impossible
RE: Abiogenesis is impossible

While I appreciate the sentiment, as a matter of physics, the energy released in a nuclear detionation is neither an increase nor a decrease in what was there prior to detonation; the effect is not greater than the cause.

but there is entropy. the physical transaction results in a converion of usable energy to unusable. http://www.allaboutscience.org/second-la...namics.htm

so we have this situation: naturalism is propounding the idea that without a blueprint, that the eye was assembled, likewise the brain; each assembled independent of the other. then the idea came up - that it would be good to connect them with an optic nerve. then some backing and filling took place to get the focus correct. in the meantime, it was decided that chemicals and blood would be needed to supply the energy and that was hook-up.

So we have this situation: people try to refute evolution while displaying absolutely no understanding of the process.

You can still see the eye being assembled -sans god- in each and every embryo. You need to look beyond evolution to Evo-Devo to get the big picture.

Sure the genetic code and how it gets passed on and improved upon over time in response to the environment through natural selection is pretty awesome. But for sheer amazing watch how that genetic material is read and a new being assembled in each and every living thing. You don't need gods to experience miraculous. Every living thing is already a miracle.

So, you're a goddamn idiot: the evolution of the eye is amazingly well mapped, from simply light sensitive cells, through to a cupped proto-socket to allow for directional light, and so on and so forth. And of course the brain came first, but you seem to have this idiotic idea- befitting your status as an arrogant moron- that both evolved instantaneously, separately, and within a single organism. As I've mentioned multiple fucking times, across multiple fucking threads, these changes are gradual, and occur within the framework of the changes that have come before; it's not whoosh, brain, whoosh, eye, whoosh connection between the two.

Maybe you could actually fucking know what you're talking about next time, before you start spouting your mouth off like a goddamn fool?

I'm don't think reason is snowtrack's native language. There is a decided streak of bias confirmation in all his utterances. Just keep repeating it slowly and use lots of pointing and he may catch on.

So are you proposing intelligent design in its place?
Its funny you are talking about the eye. Did you know the human eye has a blind spot and that we actually see things upside down. Thats quite a big whole torn out of any intelligent design argument. And in case that wasn't enough, did you also know that squid eyes don't have blind spots. So why did god give us blind spots but not squids? The answer is simple. He didn't. Human eyes and squid eyes evolved. What is even more amazing is that human eyes and squid eyes evolved completely separately from one another yet the end result is so similar.

They have nothing new, DBP. They have to regurgitate the same old stupid shit time and again.

And then they wonder why we lose patience with them?

To prove that all life forms came to be without God, evolutionary theory must show that atoms somehow formed into some form of life and then evolved upward to mankind.
very impressive.
Okay atheist, think he's got your number. and no, the multiverse isn't going to bail you out this one.

He didn't post a single thing about abiogenesis that was actually true. He doesn't even have our area code.
