So true! Neither an all powerful Allah or an all powerful Christian God can manage to communicate well, let alone "perfectly" with mankind. Thus they contradict themselves by the fact that mankind cannot agree on their message.

High above all is Allah, the King, the Truth! [bold] Be not in haste with the Qur'an before its revelation to thee is completed[/bold], but say, "O my Lord! advance me in knowledge."

And whoever does evil or wrongs himself but afterwards seeks Allah's forgiveness, he will find Allah Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Nothing wrong on how I want to say it.
it is just that you stopped listening before I end my sentence.
This comparison is wrong.
If you look at the quran verse in these translations
Quote:Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."
Muhsin Khan
Say: "O 'Ibadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
Pickthall
Say: O My slaves who have been prodigal to their own hurt! Despair not of the mercy of Allah, Who forgiveth all sins. Lo! He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
Yusuf Ali
Say: "O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
The sentence has stopped before any exceptions are made.
The correct comparison would be if you said.
Quote:My name is Sofia I like all ice cream. This is probably because I love sweet food.
Although I don't like chocolate ice cream, or ice cream with nuts in.
The moment you say you don't like all ice cream you are contradicting what you just said about liking all ice cream. Because not liking all ice cream and liking all ice cream is a contradiction, two opposing pieces of information.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

I don't see how my answer to this question is related to the debate of Qur'an authenticity, contradictories of the verses nor the existence of God...
Does a chess-computer's thought determined the existence of it's creator, even if they both have different judgments?
..Or in another way of saying it, does your existence relies on a what I think of your decision?

You haven't substantiated your claim that qur'an is guaranteed by allah, you just outlined how you came to decide that it is, without presenting the data.
And I am challenging your claim that hell is justice with this question, not the qur'an's authenticity, which I don't think I brought up in this post. I'm not questioning if hell exists, I'm questioning what your idea of justice is. And if you think hell is justice, why not advocate for hell on earth?

What if you said that to Sofia and Sofia replied," oh, but I did say "although". And "Although/except" is an English word. Besides, I'm checking if you're listening"
Anyway, To be fair to you, I reedited the phrases based to Qur'an verses:
Quote: Allah forgives all sins. (Qur'an 39:53)
--Allah does not forgive association with Him,
but He forgives what is less than that...(Qur'an 4:116)
.
You said the sentence(let us use the Qur'an verse itself to be precise,k ) has completed before the word "except". ...hence it is contradictory of those two verses. How can a person say "forgives all sins" and then say "not all sins", right?
Yes, the sentence (39:53) is punctuated with a full-stop. But, remember, the other verses (which state rules &conditions for forgiveness) are still in the Qur'an book.
It is only reasonable to say "inappropriate/ contradictory!" if an author/boss said "other unsaid/unwritten rules applied.
If you see this on a notice board,
Rule 1: you may bring all types of clothes.
Rule 2: no blue shirts are allowed.
wouldn't you summarized it to "all clothes except blue shirts are allowed" ?
1. Whatever I think of justice cannot overwrite any rule that the Creator of the universe has/will enforced. How can i, a creation, overrule my creator?
2. It is useless to say " Hey boss, your way of using English Language sucks! Hence, your rule sucks. Heck! Why don't i just say you are nottttt hereeeee... You donnn't existttttt."
i dont disappear Just because you disagree with me or my way.

I'd summarize that the notice board was contradictory, to allow someone to bring all types of clothes then to say no blue shirts are allowed on the same sign is contradictory.

The english language was made by humans for humans to communicate with, humans made the rule of the english language, it would be very strange for god to want to communicate with people using their language but then altering the rules so they can't understand it properly.
Also I don't believe a contradiction in the quran disproves the existence of a god anymore than I believe a book with no contradictions proves the existence of a god.
Humans can write books with no contradictions.
Who's to say god doesn't make contradictions, if he wants to make a book with contradictions why wouldn't he?
This whole contradictions thing proves nothing either way but, in my opinion, as a user of English language for 29 years, it seems to me to be very VERY obvious a lot of muslims bend over backwards so far to interpret the quran the way they want to see it that the back of their head is touching their heels.

I don't care to convince you that the qur'an is not authentic, I've already said what I'm concerned about is your idea of justice. You understand why if someone thinks torture is justice I would be concerned right? It's a simple question, is it justice or is it not? Since you've already said even if you think it isn't justice it wouldn't affect your god at all why not just say what you think?

I've encountered some Muslims who think hell is temporary. After you've been punished enough and truly repented, you're released, though for some reason that is expected to take centuries of the most brutal tortures imaginable.
Others say it's only temporary if you were a Muslim.

Hi Pineapple, here is what i believe about justice..
- be just even if it is against near relatives
( http://quranicteachings.org/justice)
- an eye for an eye but forgiveness is better
(Al-Shura Chapter 42 : Verse 40 "And the recompense of an injury is an injury the like thereof; but whoso forgives and his act brings about reformation, his reward is with Allah. Surely, He loves not the wrongdoers.")

According to the Qur'an only, hell is forever.
a quick search at islamicity.com Qur'an search for the word Hell will bring up many verses about forever after in Hell.
Those who say hell is temporary definitely did not believe the Qur'an.
