Whatever they were . they were talking about your societies in USA or Europe .

But let us stop with the objectors and their objections about the Islamic Law , with a simple hidden note maybe they forget it :
you do not accept the concepts in Christianity , Islam , or Judaism .

same as I : I do not accept the concepts of atheistic or Christianity , and these differences in concepts , and the way of looking at things or events it sources the faith or belief .

so when you will accept the Islamic law about women ?simply when you are a Muslim , not as those Muslims who have the name of Islam in their birth certificates only .

That was just grammatically incorrect enough to be interpreted in about 8 different ways... how do you mean? (Also known as: What the heck? Say that again, but in different words...)

To claim rape is not sexually driven but driven by violence and men's need to dominate women is no different than claiming the theft of my wallet was not monetarily driven but driven by violence and the the perpetrators need to do dominate me. Nothing to do with the fact I was flaunting/exposing it.

I remember the Social Workers with whom I worked and the position "rape is about power.Period." I thought it was bullshit then and still do.I concede that is probably the case in some or even many instances, but not all.


Science does not deal in absolutes, nor does social science. When it comes to human motivation it is a very brave or very foolish person who claims "X is caused by Y"

The propensity for rape may indeed be a hard wired evolutionary advantage, but that is an hypothesis,not an established theory supported by evidence. The same for the contention that rape is about power. Each may be partially or completely true,however,both claims seem to me to be unprovable and unfalsifiable.

Well, they can't be falsified... because then they wouldn't be true

It seems logical that part of the rape is in establishing the conditions one requires to perform the action... another in deciding wether or not to perform the action... and still a third in the selection of a target.

Same thing with theft... and murder... and with every other crime. This is why I note that Observation (noticing conditions to be a certain way) precedes Opportunity (deciding wether to take action based off of what one has just noticed, and selecting whom/what to target) precedes Operation (the action itself).

Observation > Opportunity > Operation... a pretty simple system I think. As far as I can see... this is responsible for just about every one of our 'conscious' decisions It's just an idea of course... though it seems logical so far as I see
