There are several link voting website for Iranian in persian language.
What are they?
They are not top-sites website. they are top/hot links to news and blogger posts.
Users after registering can submit several news and other link to websites and weblogs.
for exam you have a weblog and posting daily.you can after new posting submit your post to those websites and user of those website like your post, if likes will be reached the link to your post become hotlink and will be sent to first page of those websites.
blogger with those websites can increase visitors.

Pleas give me link if such international/English websites there is.
