Well, it would beg to reason, if someone were to make a statement like the OP did, one would expect more than a handful of Christians to care about instead of the few that are being used as the evidence.

It is more than a handful: I just posited a possible motivation here. But just take a look: every last homophobic preacher and regulation christian will inevitably make reference to anal sex at some point. FSTDT is rife with such comments; we don't exactly have a small sample size, here.

Specifically, this seems to be in response to an out of the blue denigration of anal sex in another thread by ChadWooters, plus all those "butt fucking is unnatural!" homophobic groups against gay rights.

Just like most atheists I meet offline are nothing like those that care enough to post online....you often can't tell the difference between an atheist and a Christian you meet on the street....took me years to be proven wrong on that front.
