I hate people who say they've done everything you've done, except they've done something cooler and better. It doesn't matter what you did. They've done it, or it reminds them of a time where they did something cooler. They refuse to be either impressed or one-upped.

Yes. My problem is I love biscuits and am a vegetarian, so if you wedge meat into them, they suddenly become inedible for me. Angry

Oh, you're a vegetarian. I understand. Sausage biscuit is how I commonly eat one, unless it's with jelly or gravy. I almost never just eat a plain one. Actually there are a few food combos I have seen where I'm thinking why not just eat it as is.

Hey, "y'all" is a word that uses a language feature dating all the way back to Latin, which the English language has eliminated. That is, a word for the plural "you." Northerners have the phrase, "youse guys" instead.

I missed someone saying they were annoyed by y'all? Sorry buddy, but here in the south it's a common word. I usually use it as a clearer plural form of you, though my mom uses y'all and you interchangeably. It's just slang. Language changes all the time. You can't help it. The only other one you listed that I use is ain't, and I don't use that often.

I'm originally from Ohio, and maybe it's just a little bit of northern prejudice, but every time I hear somebody say that I flinch. It's just so ear-grating.

I've lived up north ("yinz") and down south ( "y'all). I like yinz better but occasionally slip into a "y'all".
