Belief in God or the devil?

Belief in God or the devil?
I know most atheists either wrestle with the concept of a God or feel inclined to dismiss it all together and would figure this goes for demonic activity also. However I've never directly asked, do most atheists believe there is anything to demonic possession, ghosts, psychic mediums, weigi boards or the like? Or are these just psychological situations that can be explained away by science as hoaxes?.

Atheists don't wrestle with the concept of god. All atheists, lack a belief in any and all god(s).
All of those things are the result of a few things: mental disorders, lies, mistakes and tricks. Sometimes a combination of all of them
'The more I learn about people the more I like my dog'- Mark Twain

'You can have all the faith you want in spirits, and the afterlife, and heaven and hell, but when it comes to this world, don't be an idiot. Cause you can tell me you put your faith in God to put you through the day, but when it comes time to cross the road, I know you look both ways.' - Dr House

“Young earth creationism is essentially the position that all of modern science, 90% of living scientists and 98% of living biologists, all major university biology departments, every major science journal, the American Academy of Sciences, and every major science organization in the world, are all wrong regarding the origins and development of life….but one particular tribe of uneducated, bronze aged, goat herders got it exactly right.” - Chuck Easttom

"If my good friend Doctor Gasparri speaks badly of my mother, he can expect to get punched.....You cannot provoke. You cannot insult the faith of others. You cannot make fun of the faith of others. There is a limit." - Pope Francis on freedom of speech

Atheism is the rejection of claims made by people that believe in god(s), nothing more.

As to other supernatural spiritualistic stuff, personally, I'm also skeptical about that.

It's Ouija boards...
And atheists don't tend to think there's anything supernatural in those events... just psychological events, disorders, cons and...

"Wrestling with the concept of god" would specifically make a person not an atheist. Agnostic, sure. Struggling theist, sure. Not an atheist.

As for the other stuff, Bad Wolf said it best.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

No god, so no devil, it's that simple. The devil is from the same concept of your god, out of your bible. The belief in god, to me, is psychological.

A person may sincerely believe themselves to be possessed. In those cases, it is clearly not a hoax. Neither does it lend evidence to the existence of demons.

I do not wrestle with the concept of a god. I currently dismiss it because the case for the existence of a god has not met its burden of proof.

The majority of atheists are also skeptics. In fact, for most atheists, their atheism is a product of skepticism.

The same properly applied use of critical thinking and skepticism that lead us to the disbelief in the existence of gods, also leads us to the disbelief in demonic possession, ghosts, psychic mediums, Ouija boards, etc.

That being said, atheism itself is the disbelief in gods. It is possible to have atheists that do believe in other supernatural claims.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
