No, they won't be coerced into it. They will merely be offered large sums of money if they agree to be sterilized. Intelligent people will be given large sums of money if they do have children. The breeding of intelligent with beautiful people will also be encouraged, to produce people that are both attractive & intelligent.

But why below average? There are seven billion people on this planet, so just taking the top one percent will yield 70 million people to procreate. The rest, like you and I, are just weakening the gene pool.

No, because highly intelligent people often suffer from mental illness. It is much better to have a society of mentally ill geniuses than a society of mentally healthy imbeciles.

I am just saying what is true. I have scored in the top 99 or 98 percentile. I know this because many years ago when my mother took me to a place where they would help me with my learning disability they took an IQ test.
