Marriage equality: Texas

Not that these were supposed to be my friends. It was just guys that liked to hang around and mock me because I was a shrimpy loser. The kind of guys that would steal my ball in gym just to take it away, despite their being a rack of them nearby.

The irony is, that a lot of people who mock others, like this group of boys did to you, are the most insecure of 'em all. They enjoy putting others down, to feel not as awful as they likely feel.

There were bullies in my high school, and recently, I looked a few of them up on facebook, 'just to see.' They are all bald, now. The world is very round. Big Grin

Shit, I remember when it was your turn to play Oregon Trail on one of the only few computers in school, that day was gonna be a good day.

Not when you didn't get one of the 5 1/2" floppies with Oregon Trail on it, but instead got Math Blasters. Expecting OT and getting Math Blasters can turn one's pre-adolescent world upside down.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Then they will have forgotten the pains and pleasures of flesh and of water.

I think imagining 'people' 2000 years from now is extremely speculative.

Speculation is fun!

So is shitting yourself to death on the Oregon Trail. I remember a game called Spellevator that I used to like playing in school, as well. Oh, and Odell Lake. Likin' Apple before Apple was cool. Well, as cool as it is now.

It does not to have to be a religious thing.

I object to homosexuality because it is a disgusting sex act. Not because some book says it's bad, but because penis into a butt-hole is gross. And yes that is exactly what male homosexuality is all about, sodomy. Sure I can love my guy friends as good friends but doesn't mean I have to express that love with sodomy, that is perverse.

If I don't want to take pictures of two butt lovers as a marriage photographer that is my choice of running my business and should not be able to be sued for disagreeing with a perverted lifestyle.

(A) Heterosexual couples engage in anal sex all the time. If you knew which couples did so, would you refuse to be their photographer as well?
(B) You're flat-out wrong that male homosexuality is all about anal sex. In his latest documentary, Stephen Fry (an out gay man) tells a homophobe like you that he has never engaged in anal sex.
(C ) You have no logical reason for saying that anal sex is "perverse," it is based purely on your own prejudice. It's the same as the claim that African-Americans are less intelligent than Caucasians.
