By definition, you can't.

Erections require arousal. That can't be forced. It's why it's medically impossible for a woman to rape a man.

Nonetheless, a scary situation trying to explain that to her.

As for the thread question: not even with someone else's. Even though I'm still in the wilderness I've occupied for the last four years, there are limits. And then there are limits.
