I'm amazed that FOX is running Cosmos. Must have realized that their audience is dying off and they need to reach out.

Something the republicunts are incapable of doing.

If I had a nickel for every time a Christian thought they were being legitimately persecuted and oppressed in this country, I could buy the Creation Museum and burn it to the ground.

The short clip implies that he was framed by non-believers, because that's the problem with America: too many atheists in positions of power.

The plot of this film as you describe it, makes a mockery of all those people who are actually killed or imprisoned for merely practising their religion.

Fox airs some stuff that rocks. Remember, Fox used to be Joss Whedon's go-to, before they fucked him over so many times I'm assuming he just said, "Fuck Fox, let's make Marvels of SHIELD be on ABC." I suspect that Wolfram and Hart (if you haven't watched Angel: the series, Wolfram and Hart is an evil law firm that has their hand in absolutely everything evil that happens in the city of Los Angeles as well as other places in Joss Whedon's Buffyverse) represented Fox for him, and he wrote that into Angel: The Series just to stick it to the man.

Dollhouse, Firefly, and Buffy all aired on Fox originally. If Fox had not aired them, the world would have missed out on some damn brilliance.
