No covers, no plots summaries, no nothing. How about adding a rating or something, guys?
I'm reading Emporor: The Gates of Rome by Conn Iggulden.
It's fictional history about Julius' childhood years. Very fun, but not the highest of art literature. 4/5.

I'm reading Steven Erikson's Malazan Book of the Fallen series again, I adore this series and its complex story line and depth.
I highly recommend it to anyone interested in fantasy, especially those who enjoy intricate detail and fantastic backstory that gives books a life of their own.

I might have to check out that series.

Recently started reading the "A Song of Ice and Fire" series, and can't put them down, possibly at the detriment to my impending exams. Started "A Storm of Swords" earlier today, and bought the books about a week ago...

I just started Joyce's Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man. I haven't read it since high school. I remember loving it.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
