Theory of evolution is pretty much a fact right now.
As for disproving the bible it is disproving genesis account that all animals were created in pairs and put on earth and adam and eve were created etc.

A scientific theory is a way to explain the facts using the knowledge and understanding we have at present. Evolution occurs, we know that for certain and that fact does not change. The Theory of Evolution explains how life developed into the diverse number of organisms on the planet today; that theory is subject to revision as new data and information become available.

If by fact, you mean a provisional theory.
Where does the Genesis account record that all animals were created in pairs? It does not state that at all.
This is yet another instance of an argument based on something that the Bible supposedly says but when pressed, the arguer has to back track and admit that he is wrong.

Claims to knowledge are just that. I hold you and everyone else here to the same standard I hold anyone to when claims of knowledge are made. If that makes your head explode then so be it.
