I don't think it helps the atheist cause to treat people like dirtbags

It doesn't seem to hurt Christianity when Christianity teaches that all people are dirtbags. And also that so many Christians treat all non-Christians like dirtbags.

So, you see, the fact that the forums are this way is not really about atheism at all. For in fact, treating people like dirtbags is a tradition as old as time, and this forum is a place where people can vent their rage if need be, and there are good reasons why this forum is the way that it is, and there's no reason why it should have to change.

No my dear! That's not what I said. THe forum should allow every insult imagineable as far as I'm concerned. It makes things exciting and interesting.

Individuals should recognize when they have gone too far. Being mentally ill myself and knowing many people who are psychologically fragile and wounded I object to what is going on.

I'm not saying the Mods should stop it or that there should be rules against it.

I also simply made the point that continue to stand by,
It doesn't help further the cause of Atheism if you are trying to convert someone to your views and treat them like shit. (unless it's me )

And the only reason I was against the vaccine was because it fucked up my own life, what do you expect me to say, after going through 4 years of having fits and ending up with schizophrenia, yes I don't know if it was the vaccine, but then it could have been ?.

That doesn't sound particularly fun, but you know, maybe you should trust what your doctors are saying about that? I mean, they are the ones with the relevant education, it's not like you're ever going to find another group of people with a greater possibility of knowing what they're talking about.

Put it this way: I've had all my vaccines, and I don't have those symptoms, so there's clearly something else going on with you. I'd just hate to see you- anyone really- getting sicker because of some misguided distrust of medical authorities.

Have you done much research into what biologically took place for the alleged vaccine to possibly be responsible for "fits" and "Schizophrenia"?

No not relay, but if this happened to you would you feel that it could be the vaccine ?.

Only insofar as I could find the data that would suggest it and see documented cases where those reactions happened as a result of the vaccine.

It may be your schizophrenia that lead you to a delusion. THere are many schizophrenics who fret about things like vaccines.

No you're not annoying me. I feel a bit more included thanks! *blush* I don't like to keep asking about pictures, even though I'm really fascinated; I don't want to look needy. The rise of memes started after my surgery so it's a visual phenomenon I can't quite imagine.

Well, if you like it, beware that I'm going to do that on every post where I put in an image now, especially if it is a meme. You may eventually get sick of it. Apparently, I have already been here a year, and I have a fuckload of posts, and I don't see that slowing down. I could keep doing this for a few more years, at least. If you are still an active member for that long. I'll always try to remember you are on this forum and you DESERVE not to be left out.

You should, there are people who depend on herd immunity and those against vaccines for unsubstantiated bullshit reasons are killing people.
