HA! If your goal was to actually be helpful in any way, you are absolutely clueless as to what it would be helpful to say. Or maybe you're clueless as to what it would be helpful to hear. Seriously, you're on the internet a lot, look into it. Doesn't cost anything. IMO the human body and mind have amazing abilities to heal themselves, if you just get out of the way and let it happen.
Also look into SAMe for depression.

FWIW I lost 15 years to drug abuse. Hate to see people wasting their lives.

Glad you decided to project your drug abuse on to everyone else. Not everyone who uses drugs abuses them.

First, I spoke of one specific person, not "everyone." I agree that many people can safely use weed and alcohol.
Second, I have reason to suspect that ftw abuses drugs - this post. Casual users generally aren't shocked when someone says that they don't like using.
