I've determined that since I've started drinking Chai Lattes in the morning I'm not drinking enough water the rest of the day.
So I'm trying to drink more water.
Filtered water.
Tap water.
Sparking lemon water...

I'm drinking Brooklyn's Sorachi Ace. It's a saison, hoppy but smooth. Traditional farmhouse ale. Very good.
I'm not really using it as chaser, you're right that would be gross
