Honestly I just clicked this video to see if the title was being serious or sarcastic, and the parents mentioned how Ryland was born deaf, and they found a way that enabled the kid to hear and speak. And that was great. Then the subject turned to transgenderism. Maybe I should have just commented on the first part, but the greater part was about gender identity, and I commented on that.
