Fucking hell 11% of voters would kill their own child if god told them too.
OK 10% of these are having a laugh.
That still leaves 1 in a hundred that would, about the % of psychopaths in the general population.
If you hear any voices in your head, God or otherwise go straight to your doctor.
You will be prescribed anti psychotic drugs which will make you better.
If you are told to kill your child, dont, take the child to a trusted friend, then get someone to take you to the doctor, someone who will keep you calm and safe.
