The meaning varies depending on where you're from but I really like naco for Spanish insults.

As a gamer, I hear some great and creative uses of swear words (some of which are my own creation.) However, the best phrase I have ever heard is definantly:
"Fuck you motherfucking cock jumper! I will fuck you and your mother and your grandmother if she is still alive, my condolences if she isn't, but regardless fuck you, you worthless sonofabitch asshole.
MOFOANIAC88 then left our wonderful game of Defiance.
I also like the word fuck because it can mean anything at all. Like "This is some good fucking steak," or "Fuck you, worthless bastard."
I also love the word bastard.
