Well first of all I'd like to point out that if you are a good friend you won't try to change your best friends and you must accept them for who they are. Secondly, as an agnostic atheist I don't reall see the point of evolution and the big bang, since most Christians I know (and priests) support both theories with enthusiasm and they often search for compatibility between Christianity and scientific theories/facts.
Regarding the contradictory characteristics between gods, this is a good point you made, but most likely it won't be enough to make your friend quit faith.
