Atheist-ism as a religion is doomed. These people have no observational evidence to support the claim "there is no nothing more". Just like "jesus rose from the dead" as taught.
Absolutly no observational evidence that could hold up in court. So rational people are stuck in the middle with you ... again.

Who is making a claim here?
Most atheists will say they don't know what happens when they/we/I die, because simply put, we don't. Can we dismiss the absurd claims of theists who propose a heaven or hell scenario without evidence to back it up? Yes, and dismiss it they/we/I do.
I have no idea what atheist-ism is as I've never seen that term used or proposed before. Could you clarify?

Atheists are doomed. We are going to die. But then, Christians, Muslims, etc., are also doomed to die; they just can't quite admit it to themselves yet.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

When you claim "there is no nothing". you need evidence.
When you answer " I don't believe a guys rose from the dead because of ..." You are then correctly applying the scientific method within the limits of what is known.
Do I need to splaine that last paragraph for ya? 'Cause the quiz is tomorrow.

Well, as a PhD student I'm well aware of the scientific method, and I already outlined my position in the previous post which, funnily enough, you again didn't seem to reply to. I don't pretend to know what happens after we die although the lack of evidence for religious claims leads me to dismiss them.
So again I'll chalk it up to you not really saying anything of worth. Please carry on with the attitude problem though, it really suits you.
