If you know what karma is the knowledge answers itself.
Karma is another word that people use for the Cause and Effect belief, in where causes have effects. If the cause (a good action for example) is done, than a GOOD effect would happen (I saved a baby from burning building, baby got to live YAY)
So most people don't understand it and think it is a magical force that has magical power.
Causes have effect, the system to many beliefs is called KARMA such as in my philosophic view

That's a rather simplistic view of cause and effect isn't it? I can do a bad thing to obtain a good result, and vice versa. And as for the 'magical power' thing, that kind of is what karma is if you're talking about it in a spiritual or religious sense. If karma isn't anything besides "Actions have consequences, be thougthful", then why use a special word with spiritual baggage?

depends. happy people can make a group "happier". Magnetic fields that effect each other. The question is how strong are they. Then space itself seems to be something. In that case we are all linked is some physical "thing".
Karma as "magic" is bullshit. But it may be "real" in very measurable ways.

I don't think there's a single word in that post that makes any sense besides the insult at the end. Which seems to be the norm for you lately.

Can karma be corrupted?
Except in strict sense of causality (if you drive drunk, you are likely to end up decorating the grill semi-truck) there is no such thing as karma. No cosmic or godly force punishes and rewards people for their immoral and moral actions.
If the idea of karma causes you to behave well towards for follow man, it's not such a bad idea. But if the idea of karma causes you to blame others for afflictions obviously not of their own making, than it is an inhumane and terrible idea.
The same is true of "you reap what you sow." It's a phrase that has no truth except in the sense of strict causality. And like karma, it can be used to justify turning away from people afflicted by troubles not of their own making.

I agree, but since the quesiton of the thread is "Karma, Real or Fake?" I'd at least assume the OP meant the spiritual/religious/magical version, since simple laws of causality and "be thoughtful about your actions" are pretty blatantly part of our lives.

Not really, I use to be a programmer, as a hiring process I'd have my applicants program me a calculator, they'd give me over 300 lines of code, they massively over complicated something that could have been done simplistically.
I explained it simply because it really isn't that complicated. But people LOVE making things complicated for some reason.

I don't think I quite understand your analogy.

Exactly why I simplified the first statement
The programmers were over complicating a task, not everyone can read advanced coding, hence not everyone would understand a complicated explanation of Karma in a spiritual sense?
So I simplified my answer so the main idea of what it is could be understood.
