yeah.. i did not think about that.. maybe a flood watch thing... like you can't make more than one topic a hour if you have less than 10 posts?

Sooo.... now that an admin is leaving... can the remaining admins sort out the tiny problems with the forum?
- Youtube links which are automatically converted into embedded youtube videos, and the text after them is converted to a link.... and, in the mobile version, everything in that page becomes centered.
