Jesus lied!

When you think about it the idea of praying is really silly. What the person is doing is whining to his favorite deity that the deity's plan of causing the person all kinds of grief and misery really sucks and that he wants a better deal. So if a believer really trusts his favorite deity he would accept whatever comes his way because it's the deity's will.
There are few things I hate more than public prayers.  
No, Jesus didn't lie, Man lied from the beginning by making up the god concept, we can't really consider a primary mythical effect of such concept to be a lie since that was the purpose of it all the time. Did zeus or hades lie too? Maybe who knows from a mythical perspective
