Also, I don't call people feminazis ever. I just said that when a women sees things that are sexist that people are unfamiliar with, she often gets labeled a feminazi. I was trying to say I think that's fucked. It was just a personal observation.

I think feminism is something that has really clashed hard with the internet. Radical ideas always gain more attention, the awful and bizarre things are shown to the world while the reasonable and fair is ignored. All thats needed are a few genuine radical feminists with a few bizarre ideas and all the trolls fictions are believable.

Honestly, I stay away from feminism as a subject online for the most part. It usually becomes a toxic conversation. Its so easy for trolls to jump in and stir up the pot, its the type of emotion and passion filled subject that can be so explosive. Its the same with most topics but with things like racism or sexism a clusterfuck is always waiting on the horizon.

The sad thing is is that feminism has a very long and nuanced discourse that is far, far older than the internet. It stretches back hundreds of years and has actually informed a lot of social and political theory that I subscribe to.

Engagement in what I would term the layman's form of feminism has resulted in more extreme and often nonsensical positions both for and against. Bring up the word egalitarianism in front of so called 'feminazis' and you're lambasted for being utopian or living in a dream world. Bring up notions of greater employment and social equality for women in front of anti-feminists and you're equally rebuked as ignorning the contradictory elements of a school of thought that seeks to prmote equality often at the expense of those that don't subscribe to it.

It's a shame really because surely the message of equality, regardless of sex or colour (etc) is something we should all subscribe to. And that was the original goal of feminism and its contribution to egalitarian thought.

Although I see merit in it's use, while not directly engaged with one, as a succinct descriptor, I try not to use it simply because it pours out of Rush Limbaugh's mouth so often. It just seems wrong.

Now, when I have the misfortune of having to interact with one of these hidesous creatures I prefer the nuclear option. There are actually very few things in life that give me greater entertainment than witnessing what happens after finding an opportunity to call an extreme feminist a cunt. These self-loathing, man-hating, permanent PMS having miserable humans are simply too easy to get riled up. The shades of red, the spittle, the inchorent language at high decibels, the whirling dervish, eyes rolled back in the head, the sweat. Simply magnificent.

There are actually very few things in life that give me greater entertainment than witnessing what happens after finding an opportunity to call an extreme feminist a cunt. Your morality doesn't make sense. Morals exist because we don't live in a vacuum. Things that actually hurt other people are deemed immoral. Having sex with lots of people doesn't hurt anyone and that is why it isn't immoral.

I've been told that diseases hurt, and some may or may not have been known to kill or forever maim. It's further quite possible that one amongst all of these people felt 'special', and then got their special little feelings hurt, complete with all which that might bring.

Let's be fair here: acting hurts people, not acting allows people to be hurt. In every path, acting or not, one has delivered pain upon their fellows and obliterated lives for which they have no option but to either enable or enact hurting.

Morality is not simply whether or not others will be hurt, because it will always hurt (in the end/to some degree). The only action that leads to ending *hurt* is to hurt so horribly that no hurt can ever hurt again. Causing the world to end is typically not judged to be a moral action, therefore whether or not it hurts is not *wholly* whether or not it is moral.

Please for the love of the gods do not make me chart out the premises involved, as I would prefer you blissfully say 'okay' than to actively cause in you consternation.

I wouldn't want to have sex with a person that has sex 20 times a week either but thats got nothing to do with morality. They probably have an std, plus any woman who has sex that often is either a hooker or has something wrong with them. And thats why your morality doesn't make sense.
