Yes, the police should enforce the law and keep the peace. That means they have to apply that to the police dept. Just because they enforce the law does not make them above it. When the law is what stands in the way of peace, maybe it's time to rethink what laws are worth enforcing.

It has been proven that Michael Brown was unarmed and out of melee range. He posed no threat that required lethal force. So there is no controversy here. That cop committed voluntary manslaughter. A teenager is dead because we was walking in the middle of the street.

And they pinned a goddamn badge on him. It's bad enough he gets to carry a gun. He must have openly discussed his delusions with the rest of the police force and some of them must have agreed.

This really is a self fulfilling prophecy. Furgeson really is under marshal law. Rex 84 is a real policy. Yes, it's your worst nightmare. As a matter of fact all of the paperwork to run a fascist regime has been put in place. But focusing on them will indeed turn you into a nut job. In the end this should not have been about race. I am sorry if there is still white privilege as leftovers. However, we have bigger fish to fry. What about the militarization of police. I know it has been brought up, that is a way bigger issue because some racist killed a black guy. In the end is was murder and it should have been made as such.

What is happening is the non-peaceful protestors are giving more and more justification to make tighter and tighter laws.
