This just came to mind and I know it is weird.

If a singular person who suffers from a Dissociative Personality Disorder engages in masturbation while going through different personalities does it count as an orgy?

Is an orgy defined by the number of bodies or number of "people"

I don't know the specifics of Dissociative Personality Disorder, as in if the sufferer has multiple personalities simultaneously or the multiple personalities cannot be around at the same time. If the latter then it's just a succession of different personalities masturbating. I have no idea if it's the former.
