ridicule then your own treatment of others. If you were truly concerned about wanting to have an intellectual discussion with someone on religion you would know that people are not well receptive to being said that they are wrong, least of all having their thoughts called stupid, ignorant, or the like. When I came here you even posted a indecent picture of the muslim prophet, how well do you think the muslims would see that? Do you think that posting such pictures would change their minds? Or do you think that it would enrage them to see you being so disrespectful? How can you expect disrespect to change their minds? You ought to feel shame for the way you have acted, I have seen children that acted more mature than what I have seen on this forum.

What is wrong with adding gasoline to the fire? By militant I mean the utter lack of respect and maturity offered by either side in a discussion.

I usually offer plenty of respect and only respond with venom when venom is directed at me.

Bitch, stop it. You created this thread for the express purpose of telling us that we are wrong.

And as a rational and critical thinker you would think you would not let your emotions cloud your judgment on being called wrong, instead a rational and critical thinker would review his policy accordingly, instead of name calling or insulting others.

And I corrected your correction dumb ass.

An indecent picture of Mohammed?!?

Who would do such a horrid thing?

Btw, please don't go. You're a hoot!

Too bad you have a distaste for roast sacred cow. It is actually marvelous.

I am unemotional. It is you who is attributing emotion to me. States quite a bit about you, doesn't it?

others religions - and I do. Self depricating humour is often the best. You don't think I'd really blast people into space in dc8's do you? That's just something that a the stereotypical "super militant atheist" would do...or a scientologist.

Then they should acid test their own nonsense before it ever comes to my attention - before they ever end up making silly ass truth claims. It's not my job to police their thoughts and beliefs so that they don't make fools of themselves, is it? You should have done this as well.

Um, no? But suppose that I did, so what?

Okay, again...you do realize that I didn't post any picture of the pedo prophet, right? Kind of wishing I had at this point. It's clearly bunching someone's panties.

You must understand that often people are insulted by others that they meet before you, thus when they see you, they will assume that you are like the others that they have spoken to. It is then that they might approach you with some degree of hostility because they have been ill treated by others who call themselves atheists, that is why I said I was ashamed to be labeled with such atheists who so disrespect others. It is on this occasion that you should be the better person and try to put water on the fire.

On another occasion a person may insult or threaten you when they are backed into a corner in a debate. It is then that you should give them room to retreat and ponder on the intellect you offered, the fall of faith is a slow and gradual one that will not happen in a five minute discussion.

Do not confuse a lack of compassion with a lack of bitterness.

You're delusional. The only thing that needs to be understood is that everything you type is tripe.

Oh, there's bitterness there, alright. It's noticeable, and quite frankly I'm unimpressed with you.

You have insulted me three times now, why? What do you expect to achieve by insulting me? Why is your behavior so poor?

Do not act as though you are the innocent one here.

I insult you directly, because I do not believe in hiding anything.

What you have done, however, and which is much worse is having insulted us all while playing the innocent act.

Grow the fuck up.

This is not high school. This is real life.
