I actually had to look up the term. Wiki said this has been a problem since vaccines started because a small percentage actually contacted the disease they were being vaccinated for.

Now it seems people believe that being vaccinated with just anything the gub-ment tells you to put in your body is a little too sheepish for them.

Its worse than that, The anti-vaccine people are liberal upper middle-class white people whose children are spreading diseases to the vulnerable minority kids who haven't been vaccinated because poor access to health services.
