Lawsuit: Wrong sperm delivered to lesbian couple

Wonder if the rest of the gated community residents would get together and file a class action suit against the Lesbian couple for their being categorized as racist ??

I note another nearly all white gated community has successfully assimilated Louis Farrakhan, so there is precedent . . .

seems like the happy ending they wanted was to live in a "white" community with their "white" baby.

If you're paying to get a custom-designed baby, you'd better get your custom-designed baby. I don't think it's wrong at all for two white people to want a white baby.

I'm assuming the couple were looking at eye color, height, and hair color, IQ, athleticism, maybe immigration history, etc. to get a kid that plausibly resembled themselves.

That's why the ones I'm acquainted with utilize one partners or the others brother for a semen donation. Maybe medical issues precluded that option ??

I have no doubt at all that a girl who is both a biracial child to two white people and a child to two women (when she can see two sets of straight grandparents) is going to have quite a few questions about the way the world works. If a family is already uncomfortable with the marriage situation, how can we expect them to react to a biracial child?

However, I don't understand why these people are suing. Suing implies damages and money, this is not a situation that can exactly have a price-tag painted on it.

If I order a computer, I don't want an elephant to show up in its stead. Not even a refund can repair the elephant feces I've had to clean off of my desk.

Nor can it replace the wall that tore down after I screwed the elephant's stuffed ass into it. It also cannot repair the neighbor's civil suit against me... something about peeping or other... well, it's not *MY* fault he was jacking off in his living room when the wall came down.
