RE: Why do Christians trust the Bible?

Robby, as I said earlier, I found thru personal encounter the God of the bible,
then saw the accuracy of it later on.
Just look around at the world- constant wars, lying everywhere, usury is the norm (anti-usury laws had to be abandoned), widespread poverty while 10 percent of the population owns 90 percent of the wealth of the world (give or take).
Slavery is practiced by Islam along with murder and rape, security systems are everywhere because of constant theft, the list goes on and on.
If this is your idea of good times and you are happy with the status quo, then the devil is your cup of tea.
But enjoy it while you can, things will get worse before they get better.

Professor, the world is getting better over time, especially in first world countries. Pointing to islamic nations doesn't do you much good, since they're being controlled by religious zealots worshiping the same god that christians worship. One of the main things holding societal progress back seems to be religion, such as christians trying to prevent equal rights for all in America.

Chad, the Islamic god is the same one that runs the world- Lucifer.
We are going to soon find out where those "Equal rights" you are referring to end up.
Satan is pushing those particular "Rights" in order to destroy the family- the basis of communities and nations.
There is a burned spot in the middle east as a reminder of where those rights lead.

No, islam is an offshoot of judaism, just like christianity is. They have the same stories about Moses and Noah and such. Allah is Yahweh. Or Jehova. Or whatever you want to call him. They aren't worshiping Satan.
What family? Whatever happened to the good old biblical family unit? One man and as many wives and concubines as he can afford?
Equal rights helps us as Humans. It helps society. Slavery is bad. Treating women as chattel is bad. Telling consenting adults that they can't do something because a book says so is bad. What do you mean by destroying the family, anyway?

You guys don't understand.
Satan came to Mo (actually, he initially thought he had a jinn - an evil spirit) pretending to be God with all kinds of lies.
The same exact scenario repeated with the Mormons and the Jehovah Witnesses.
The God of the bible made EVERLASTING covenants with Israel-
the Jewish people and before that to Noah.
The god of the Koran disregards these covenants and is a fake.
The New Testament is the Final Covenant between God and man- anything else is bogus.
Now, Chad, the family unit is a father and a mother.
Multiple wives is not God's plan.
I have known 3 homosexual guys.
2 lacked a father in the home, the other had a dad who was a mouse of a man.
The homosex was caused by false imprinting as a child.
What do I mean by destroying the family unit?
Screw up the kids and you screw up the society.
Screwed up kids will come out of screwed up relationships and not having a real Mom and a real Dad will mess a kid up.
Satan hates everyone, he wants everybody to end up dead or where he is going.
If he can't get that- he does his best to be diametrically opposed to what God has established and that is a man and a woman in a loving home.
When this nation embraced homo marriage - a line was crossed.
The national leaders have pulled their pants down and shined their ass in God's face.
Do not be surprised when God brings out his spanking stick.
It is coming.
