I'll openly admit - split infinitive be buggered - that my main motive for going over there was because of him; more correctly, what he was saying. Not to say I wouldn't have crossed over regardless, at some point, only that this melodrama was a spur.

Yeah man... clearly Drich translated what I said into something absolute bizarre and barely related to my actual words, then couldn't admit even to himself that he had read too much into it. If he'd just read what I said again and said, "Yeah, sorry, I read that a bit wrong!" it would have been all over and done with. Instead he invents a whole backstory to the event and then can't seem to let go of it. As usual with theists the only question is if it's deliberate dishonesty or an inability to even recognize their own dishonesty anymore.
Like you said Tonus, I was asking what happened to her as in why she hadn't been active for so long. The words "whereabouts" and "schoolgirl" appear nowhere in what I said, but yet Drich kept repeating these as if that is exactly what I had said. I strongly suspect he has some form of dyslexia causing him to misread things, and it would explain the spelling. There's no shame in that, but stubbornly refusing to admit to a mistake ever is a very serious character flaw. It's not something to be proud of.
Rob, Drich was just being a chucklefuck. Don't worry a bit about him.

You are right of course. Some users have more benefits than others. It is only logical to have more leniancy towards older members, that is why Drich was given a vacation of just 2 weeks.
As to more liked members, how much are you willing to sacrifice in your quest for perfect justice? 
That kind of reaction to criticism says more about the moderation of this forum than you could ever imagine. It's really no great surprise that someone like you can become an admin here.

Personally, I'd rather not make judgements about the whole thing since I know nothing about it. Dragging it on continuously isn't going to help anything.
