I just had flashbacks of trying to load The Hobbit on the Commodore 64; watching the obligatory fifteen solid minutes blank, soulless, cyan screen, only to have your childlike faith in any true justice in the Universe completely shattered by the inevitable derisory demonic laughter that drilled into the very depths of your being, pronouncing judgement on your puny mortal efforts with the fateful words -
