If these are the straws that you have to grasp at to try and equate the GOP and Democrats, then I suppose that's all you got. I've got some serious beefs with some Democratic Party positions myself, but the GOP's scientific and social views are so far out in the realm of bullshittery that trying to drag Democrats down to their level is laughable.

But if you're trying to paint the Democrats as the same as the GOP when it comes to issues like womens' rights and other social issues...then you can go right ahead, but let the adults talk.
