Answering it has to be done off course, and I agree. But answering does not counter propaganda backed by the wealthiest, most powerful people and organizations on the planet. I'm also not sure that openly censoring, or at least labeling, propaganda is a a bad thing. It may not be a good thing either, but perhaps not quite as bad as allowing propaganda to run rampant through a society.

Can I just say how baffling, and incredibly telling, I find it that your reaction to "X person is doing something I don't like, and peddling hate and fear" is to knowingly respond with "I'd better start doing exactly that too!"

Good luck with that. I mostly ignore Min when he's just being a wanker.

Same thing about what is good about the democrats. The republicans serve as a counter balance.
Really we need to change the way elections are done. Watch these short but interesting videos in order
They may have been a counterbalance thirty years ago, but they seem to have devolved considerably, IMHO.

I disagree, because then you leave it to a government agency to decide what is or isn't propaganda, and the problem with that is that they can censor that which threatens their position, their party, or their agenda.
The answer to propaganda is factuality added to volume. What that means is that people have to participate in the national discussions on the topics that interest them. The answer is more, and not less, involvement.

Maybe you've bought into all the hate that's been peddled.

I'm not claiming the high road. Right now I am wallowing in the gutter with Minimalist....it sucks actually. The hypocrisy of it just stinks. I don't know how he has done it for as long as he has.

Maybe I'm over fifty and used to be a Republican. I'm still not a Democrat, but the Republicans have worked hard to earn their reputation, and deserve it.

As long as you're happy being miserable in order to make some kind of point only you comprehend, carry on.

So, you've decided that, upon seeing someone making the forum worse in your opinion, that the optimal course of action was to make the forum yet worse still, making yourself feel uncomfortable in the process, all in favor of turning a meeting place that doesn't belong exclusively to you into your own personal political battleground... because the idea of someone else getting to yap insipidly without your side getting to pump the same level of intellectually bankrupt bilge into the forum- which, again, is a public meeting place!- was just too much for you to take. Congratulations?
What part of this seemed like a good idea to you?

You would think Hillary would have waited until after the 2016 election to show her hypocrisy.
