RE: Theists i know what scares you.
What scares me the most is theists carrying out what their holy books tell them to in their entirety.

Accountability.
That you will one day stand in judgement.
That you will be weighed measured and found wanting.

If I was afraid of accountability, I'd start believing is Jesus and get a free pass on all my shortcomings.

There is no meaning to life or any deep meaning.
You the person have to give your life your own life meaning.
There is no divine place were we go when we die we just won't exist.
Again the meaning of life is only your to interpret there is no destiny but an illusion of free will.

Wrong. I'm not particularly frightened of anything.

This was for more or less black and white world view of most Christians.

Who is frightened of oblivion?

If there was accountability who's to say it's to your god?

If it is to your god, then, judging by his character in the bible, we should all fear accountability to him, atheists, and theists alike.

A deity who arbitrarily punishes all generations because of the "crime" of their long ago ancestors, or who wipes out all life on the planet, animals included, because of the immorality of people, should have its own morality questioned.

Fortunately I don't fear accountability to your god or, indeed, any gods, because I don't believe they exist.

Sharks.

I do fear sharks.
Dying to live, living to die.

Yahwee started his career as a war god. So he's obviously very fond of the olden days of bloodshed and murder. Kind of a nostalgic fellow as can be seen in the old book.

The only way to not be held accountable is to appease every god there is.

It's a bitch finding a virgin these days. Almost as hard as finding a volcano.

Sorry, it doesn't work that way.
