Systematically dismantling religion

What's that you say?

We don't need evidence, we need faith?

Copout!

It's worse than a copout.

It is intellectually dishonest.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

No, it won't.

Extinction of aliens has no bearing on atheism.
If there are trillions of planets where abiogenesis happened and millions of planets where sentient civilizations arose and all these civilizations are dead this should tell you something about atheism.

Don't say, I didn't warn you. This was the first probe. More stupid is on it's way.

Actually, if all those civilizations did exist and became extinct, and we found evidence of them, that would be a mortal blow against religion.

You keep repeating the same bullshit claims but have no backing for those claims.

Are you one of these creationists who thinks that repeating the same lies enough will make people believe them?

That works with children and the weak minded.

Those of us here who are atheists are adults. We have thought through all theistic arguments and rejected them.

How so? Please elaborate...

Don't leave us hanging.

As far as I can tell, millions of planets with natural occurring life, would tend to support the absence of gods.

Do you even know what atheism is?

Just repetitive claims and bullshit.

Lack of belief in god that caused death of millions of civilizations.
