The death penalty ..

RE: The death penalty ..
tartarus sauce and Rebecca rox... both seem to be saying a torturous approach to their punishment is an acceptable way to go... yet I'm saying a civilised death (as we do meat animals), just to remove the bad gene , is my preferred route, stunned and dead...

yet I'm made to look like the bad guy !?

RE: The death penalty ..
Rexbeccarox did NOT say it was acceptable.

I said I could care less what happened to them.

So is the Death Penalty.
Are they not different? Both abhorrent, but surely torture moreso...!

According to you they aren't different at all. You just said that locking someone up until they die is a death penalty. It isn't, but I'll overlook the fatuousness of your remark and simply ask you to reconcile your two positions.

That's an interesting twist, equivocating "as abhorrent" with "as acceptable." It's technically correct, but it would still be very firmly in the "not acceptable" zone of matters from her perspective, so my point still stands that you were incorrect in claiming she viewed it as acceptable.

As for not caring about torture, I do believe torture is wrong. I just don't care when wrong things happen to bad people.

I'd appreciate you stop patronising... and I THINK that locking someone up, and taking control of their free will until they die is a death penalty !

Removing bad genes via executions? I'm pretty sure I don't want to know what other notions float around in your head. Yes, you are made to look like the bad guy, with no outside help.

Lol you use clever words and end up saying "you don't care if some people are tortured" !!!

Article 3 of the human rights act... I'm not with you !
