When I was a mod at TAF, we had a subforum called "The Oubliette" for preachers of this sort, and other dipshits who deserved abuse more than banning. We would limit their posting to that area, change their avatars to one we thought fitting, and allow scorn, abuse, and calumny to be heaped. We used to have something like that called The Gauntlet, where we would send people (often temporarily) as an alternative to banning. We got rid of it and use temporary bans instead.
