Ahhh yes revamping the funding system would go a long ways. Citizen United has only burden the system even more.

Now I understand the concept of prosecutorial discretion. Obama has it in his power to instruct government agencies to not prosecute. However prosecutorial discretion does not entitle Obama to declare some illegal aliens to now be lawfully in the country and thus eligible for social security cards and work permits. Obama has overstepped his bounds.
Additionally, his power grab has resulted in a another unintended consequence. Because of Obamacare, employers now have a $3000 dollar a year incentive to hire illegal but now lawfully present immigrants over every day citizens of the United States. The $3000 Obama Incentive to hire illegal Immigrants instead of US citizens RE: Is Obama a President or King?

Guess that means that folks will have to be willing to work for 3k less a year - to remain competitive and such. What's the problem?

The problem is Obama's policies have lead to an unintended consequence of giving employers a huge incentive to hire illegal(but now lawfully present) aliens over American citizens. I like an open boarder. Let everyone who wants to come to this country to work be able to come to this country. What I don't like is when the government skews the labor market by making people who come to this country illegally more desirable employees than people native born or naturalized. You'd rather businesses be forced to provide them with healthcare? That they have to pay a penalty for not providing a non-citizen with benefits that only apply to citizens, prescribed by a law that only applies to citizens, which is payed for........ by citizens?
Please, tell me more about how we should -extend- the reach of Obamacare.
