I only learned the difference between giving rep and kudos yesterday. There's no Q & A on this board and some boards make it so that adding kudos automatically reps up the recipient.

The other board I post on quite a bit has a kudo system, and it is very unusual for anyone to use it. I'm trying to hand out more kudos here, but this board is pretty unusual in that regard.
