I got repped without whoring a few days ago. I'm all cool for a while. Long time coming, though, that #23. I was about to throw a wobbly! :o

Yeah, that's true. If you're prone to low self esteem it can be a real boost. As a recovering flaming-narcissist, I start off with greatly over inflated self worth. I always say, that may be problem, but no way is it worse than the opposite.

The reps I have come to take as what they are: a sign of overall, general decency and value to fellow posters. Kudoes are more of an instant sign, without reading, that my post is being read. But even better is when I am responded to. Just like in normal, real life convo. It's nice to be listened to, and fit in. And I try to offer such thoughtful responses where I think I can, if something compels me to.

I'm a pretty bad narcissist. I guess the user name sort of gives that away. Repping others is part of my 12 step program to take the edge off my narcissism. Don't worry. I have no intention of losing it all.
Of course my rep isn't high enough. Isn't it obvious?
 Seriously, I lack Whateverists' healthy ego. I was/am dyslectic, and I carry the scars of early educational failure. Oh, and my younger brother passed me intellectually when when I was six and he was three and nothing's changed since. Intellectually (pun) I know I'm fairly bright. Emotionally, I don't.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
December is rep whore month. The season of giving and getting. .kinda fitting if you think about it.
